Q&A

Do conversion kits work on ANY bike?


Most standard bikes with quick-release wheels and open dropouts are compatible. Just double check that your frame has enough room for the battery and that the dropout spacing matches the kit.

What is your warranty policy? 


We stand by the quality of our products, offering 2 years warranty for the motor, 18 months for the battery, and 1 year for the controller.

Is it easy to build?


Yes! Our conversion kits come with everything you need to transform your bike easily, including instructions.

What is the difference between sine wave and square wave controllers?

Sine Wave: Quite, smoother acceleration, slightly higher top speed. 

Square Wave: Louder, more torque.

Are your conversion kits waterproof? 


Our kits are water-resistant and can handle wet riding conditions, however submerging or power washing it is not recommended. Make sure not to get water inside the connecters.

What are drop-outs?


Dropouts are the slots at the rear or front of a bike frame where the wheel axle fits in (usually 135mm wide for quick release bikes). They allow you to remove and install wheels and are essential for securing the wheel in place.

How long is delivery? 

Production time usually takes 10-15 days.

Conversion kits are shipped between 4-8 weeks after ordering, and batteries are shipped between 2-4 weeks after ordering.

Express shipping for conversion kits takes 2-4 weeks.
